GRP Lite 4 mm yoga mats, the new member of the Manduka GRP mat family, do not compromise on quality and performance despite being lighter. Ideal for travelling, this mat provides exceptional grip in the toughest Hot Yoga classes with its rubber technology and leathery surface that contains a charcoal layer.

The leathery surface at the top absorbs sweat and prevents the mat from becoming slippery. Manduka GRP® technology, whose surface becomes more sticky as you sweat, is the most technical yoga mat ever made.

Sweat passes from this layer to the 2nd layer in the middle. The charcoal-infused rubber material acts as a natural deodorant. It eliminates the bad odor problem experienced in many other yoga mats.

The bottom 3rd layer filters sweat with 100% open airflow. Thus, there is no need for a yoga mat towel for intense yoga practices such as hot yoga, power yoga and Ashtanga yoga.
