• You remove the sole of one of your existing shoes and use it as a mold for your QuickFit Casual product. If there is a size difference between two insoles, you cut the other one down according to the pattern of the existing one.
• You heat your oven at 80°C, turn the QuickFit Casual insoles upside down, place them inside the oven and leave them for 5 minutes.
• After carefully placing the insoles you took from the oven into your shoes, you take a step by wearing the shoes and in this way, the insoles are shaped according to your feet.

QuickFit insoles have different cushioning. Hardness levels vary. Basically each of them consists of 4 layers.
