Return and Exchange Conditions

15 DAYS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Important Note: As Stilefit team, we are obliged to give you good and fast service; however, we believe that you are also responsible for shopping consciously. We kindly ask you to carefully read the return conditions, the details of which you will find below, and to shop at Stilefit.com if these conditions are suitable for you. It is the responsibility of our customers as consumers to know the return conditions . We would like to emphasize that returns that are overdue and do not meet the conditions will not be accepted.

  • You may return or request an exchange for any product you have purchased (except for items designated as "non-refundable") within 15 days of delivery. You must return the product(s) that you are going to return or exchange, unused, undamaged as a result of usage error, with original brand labels, packaging and all accessories, if any, as received .
  • Used or damaged products are not accepted and will be sent back.
  • We kindly ask you to send the products you want to return/exchange with the brand labels and brand packaging showing the originality of that product. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted as the product cannot be offered for resale.
  • You can send your returns with Yurtiçi Cargo at the agreed prices. We offer Free Shipping for orders of 499 TL or more. In case of sending a return/exchange with a cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee is not covered by us.
  • In accordance with the VAT general communiqué published in the Official Gazette, no refunds or replacements can be made without an invoice.


WANT TO MAKE A REFUND?

  • We kindly ask you to reach us via e-mail or our phones and forward your return request.
  • We strongly remind you to prepare the product(s) you want to return, unused and with the original brand packaging undamaged. You need to send your package with a copy of the invoice in order to be able to follow it easily, to carry out the return process without any problems and to get back to you quickly.
  • If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued on behalf of an institution, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
  • You can request a courier by calling Yurtiçi Kargo Customer Services at 444 99 99. The cargo officer will ask you for our Company Current code and the address information to which the return will be made.
  • Since the Yoga Mat is within the scope of hygienic product, it is subject to pre-approval. Product photos will be requested by Whatsapp or e-mail before they are returned. If the return conditions are not met for yoga mat returns sent without pre-approval, return shipping can be made at the expense of our customers.


WANT TO MAKE CHANGE?

  • It's easy to make changes on stilefit.com! If the size does not fit after receiving your order, or if you are confused about another product, you can send us your change request within 15 days. Our only condition is that you send us the product(s) subject to change, unused, undamaged as a result of misuse, with original brand labels and all accessories, if any.
  • In order to start the exchange process, you must give preliminary information about the size or the product to be exchanged by e-mail to support@stilefit.com .
  • After informing Stilefit Customer Service about your exchange request, you can return the product(s) with a double copy of the invoice, unused and in the original brand packaging, with Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge.


WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE?

  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been used in clothing shopping, damaged due to use, washed or modified. All returns must be sent with the original labels of the brands, packaging and accessories, if any.
  • For shoe returns, the original box/packaging of the brand is damaged, the shipping label is affixed on the box, or the products that are taped with duct tape are not accepted. Products received in this way will be sent back as received, with a counter payment.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, products such as socks cannot be returned / exchanged.
  • In order for the return requests for yoga mats and yoga accessories to be evaluated positively, the products must be unused and not damaged after delivery. All returns must be sent with the original labels and packaging of the brands. Wrinkled/broken due to misuse and storage conditions, exposed to excessive use of water or different liquids, cleaned incorrectly (with heavy chemicals or in the washing machine), used in areas other than yoga and similar fitness activities, color differences and fading due to use, Returns of yoga mats that are punctured or torn due to external factors/factors are not accepted.
  • Stilefit.com does not accept the return of any product purchased from a different store or retailer and reserves the right not to accept any return request that does not comply with the above terms. If your return request is not accepted, your package will be sent back to you and no refund will be made.
  • We do our best to ensure that the colors in the product images reflect the product exactly. However, every computer, tablet or phone screen has different resolutions and color composition. Therefore, there may be tonal differences between the product images displayed on Stilefit.com and the product itself.


HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

  • You will receive an e-mail regarding the status of the return request after checking the compliance of the product/s with the return conditions. The product costs of the approved returns will be refunded within 2 business days according to your original payment method. If you have made your payment in installments, your repayment will be made in the same proportion as your installment amount. The reflection period of the refund on the statement varies depending on the bank. In case of delay, we ask you to get detailed information by contacting your bank.
  • If the payment method is 'Money Transfer/EFT', the refund will be refunded to the IBAN account you have notified.
  • If the return does not comply with the return conditions; It will be sent back to the relevant product address at your own expense.
