At home, in just 10 minutes, you can customize the insoles to your own foot shape and get rid of many foot discomforts. The steps you need to follow for this are simple, and the results are astonishingly effective. Thanks to QuickFit Control's patented special technology, you can interact with heat to take the shape of your foot by following these steps:

• You remove the sole of one of your existing shoes and use it as a mold for your QuickFit Control. If there is a size difference between two insoles, you cut the other one down according to the pattern of the existing one.
• You heat your oven at 80°C, turn the QuickFit Control insoles upside down, place them inside the oven and leave them for 5 minutes.
• After carefully placing the insoles you took from the oven into your shoes, you take a step by wearing the shoes and in this way, the insoles are shaped according to your feet.

QuickFit insoles have different cushioning. Hardness levels vary. Basically each of them consists of 4 layers.
