• You remove the sole of one of your existing shoes and use it as a mold for QuickFit Balance. If there is a size difference between two insoles, you cut the other one down according to the pattern of the existing one.
• You heat your oven at 80°C, turn your QuickFit insoles upside down, place them inside the oven and leave them for 5 minutes.
• After placing the orthopedic insoles that you carefully bought from the oven into your shoes, you take a step by wearing the shoes and in this way, the insoles are shaped according to your feet.
